"Stop Living Less Than Your Best Life."

— Dr. Cindy Ross, Ph.D.

Knowing your risk factors can help improve your outcome leading to an improved quality of life.

My biggest motivation in furthering my education for a Ph.D. in Natural Health Sciences was my mother and father. My parents left this world way too early and both passed from autoimmune diseases. My mom died of complications of Scleroderma and my father passed from Type I Diabetes. Needless to say, my brothers and I weren't blessed with great health genetics. My brother Chad lost his battle with Type I Diabetes at the age of 33 and I have been battling Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of 19 with over 22 surgeries.

I have been through my fair share of sickness and death, so I'm passionate about helping people live their best lives. I'm very fortunate my journey lead me to Natural Health Sciences which uses research to determine the root cause of symptoms to correct imbalances and find long-lasting healing that supports the body.
